About you:

• Experience in operating and administering MacOS, Linux operating systems;
< li>Experience in operating and configuring network equipment, understanding the basics network technologies;
• Experience with Atlassian products;
• Experience in setting up MDM systems;
• Understanding general principles of information security;
• Experience with cloud services;
• High level of responsibility and ability to solve complex problems.
  

Will be a plus:

• Experience with monitoring and notification systems;
• Understanding CI/CD, Jenkins setup;
• Understanding the operation of SSO systems;
• Experience with such services as Slack, Google Workspace, OKTA, GitHub.< br/> 

Your influence on the result:

• Be responsible for maintaining and expanding the internal infrastructure;
• Administer corporate services and infrastructure (servers, MDM, Jenkins, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian);
• Process employee appeals and provide technical support;
• Develop infrastructure documentation for end users;
• Prepare access and office equipment for the exits of new employees;
• Automate key processes of corporate infrastructure;
• Increase the level of security of corporate infrastructure and services;
• Engage in diagnostics and modular repair of office equipment, work with contractors;< /li>
• Keep records of IT equipment.
