Our company specializes in renting apartments in Kyiv and investing in residential real estate. style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Professional requirements:

• Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems at the administrator level, additionally knowledge of MacOS will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Android mobile operating systems at the level of a confident user
• An understanding of working with cloud services, for example Google Workspace
• Ability to diagnose, prevent and correct PC and laptop problems, both software and hardware.
• Ability to choose components for assembling or upgrading a computer/ laptop.
• Knowledge of the basics of local computer networks, connection and configuration of network equipment (switches, wifi routers). An understanding of working with video recorders, ip surveillance cameras is welcome
• Understanding how to mount network equipment, lay cables and crimp twisted pair connectors with a tool.
• Be able to configure and connect printers/scanners, fix simple problems in their work
• Ability to configure smart TVs and smart TV boxes on Android
• Willingness to advise people on the use of office and computer equipment
• The desire to learn new things
• An understanding of smart home and access control systems is welcome (sensors, hubs, electronic locks, intercom systems)
• An understanding of the basics of radio physics and electronics is welcome (what is a diode, current strength, where you cannot install a router and why)

• Configuration and maintenance of computers and laptops based on OC Windows.
• Setting up, connecting and servicing printers, scanners.
• Consulting users on issues of office, computer equipment, smartphones, smart televisions and Internet access.
• Outings within the city limits of Kyiv with everything necessary for the maintenance of daily rental apartment equipment that works via the Internet.
• Organizing connection, setting and ensuring quality work. wired and wireless Internet at apartment rental facilities.
• Installation of IP video surveillance cameras, smart home hubs, sensors, setting up electronic locks, etc.
• Laying of low-current cables, connection of Internet sockets, installation of connectors.
• Organization of connecting services of the intercom company, providingremote check-in and guest access to the premises, consulting and troubleshooting
