• Experience in a similar position.

• Special technical education (in the field of IT, computer science or network technologies) .

• Experience installing and configuring various operating systems(Windows,IOS), software, diagnosing and troubleshooting various programs.

• Understanding the principles of network equipment and network protocols.

• Be able to work with domain and mail services;

• Experience in working with service technologies.

• Knowledge of cyber security.

• Ability to quickly solve technical problems.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide technical support to unskilled users.

Future tasks:

Administration of servers and network infrastructure:

• Installation, configuration and support of servers (transition from Google to Microsoft).
• Managing access to the network and monitoring the operation of network devices (routers, access points).
• System performance monitoring and network and internet connection troubleshooting.

Technical support of users:

• Providing assistance to company employees in working with computers, printers, other office equipment and software.
• Create/delete accounts when on/offboarding in all programs.
• Troubleshooting workstations (computers) and other devices.

Ensuring data security:

• Implementation of information security policies (protection against unauthorized access, data encryption).
• Regular backups and data recovery when needed.
• Corporate network protection from external threats.

Installation and maintenance of software and CRM:

• Installation, update etcand program configuration.
• Interaction with software providers and their technical support.< /span>

Documentation of systems and processes:

• Keeping records of hardware and software.
Description of administration and security processes.

Remote administration and support :

• Setting up VPN access for remote users.
Support for remote connection to servers.
