Job Description

We are a leading company in the field of outsourcing of cold and hot calling services, looking for a system administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our call center. We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the support and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable functioning of equipment, software and communication systems.

Main duties:

• Monitoring and support of servers, network equipment and workstations.
• Configuration, administration and support of telephone systems (IP-telephony, VoIP).
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of call recording and reporting systems.
• Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems and software.
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to network and hardware failures.

• Ensuring information security and data backup.
• User support, consulting and technical assistance.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a system administrator will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems at the administrator level.
• Experience with networks (TCP/IP, routing, VPN settings).
• Understanding the principles of IP telephony and VoIP, experience with Asterisk, 3CX or similar systems.
• Skills in diagnosing and solving problems with software and hardware.
• Knowledge of the basics of information security and backup.
• Desirable: experience in the field or support of contact centers.
• High level of responsibility, organization and ability to work in conditions multitasking.
