System administrator in Smart Team

Smart Team is an international fintech community focused on trading on global financial markets exchanges and the development of related technologies.

We are looking for System Administrator to strengthen the team  IT Support.

Working schedule:day (10:00-18:00) and evening (15:00-23:00) shifts

Main features:

• Request processing in ServiceDesk:prioritization, classification, and transfer of requests to L2 according to SLA.
• Onboarding of users:preparation of equipment for new employees, installation of OS, programs, configuration of workplaces.
• Hardware and software support:
• strong>installation, configuration, troubleshooting of equipment and software.
• Maintenance of workstations:updating systems, replacing components, maintenance. li>
• PC diagnostics and repair:diagnosis of malfunctions, repair and organization of service.
• Peripheral maintenance:Support for printers, scanners, conference systems and other equipment.
• Accounting of assets: Control of accounting of issued and accepted equipment, maintenance of data relevance.

  
  

Requirements for the candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware, principles of computer technology.
• Confident command of Windows 10/11 and MacOS at the administrative level.
• Experience working with ServiceDesk systems.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, routing, configuring network equipment).
• Experience in configuring and supporting peripheral equipment.
• Knowledge English at A2 level and above.
• Customer orientation, excellent communication skills.
• Discipline, ability to work in a team.
