Our expectations from the candidate:

• Specialized knowledge programs: Windows installation, Windows administration (entry level), Zabbix, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Active Directory, TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
• Confident use of a PC.
• Focusing on the result and development of oneself as a specialist.

Main duties:

• Supporting users in the office, solving technical queries.
• Installation, configuration and administration of Windows Server and Linux.
• Configuration and administration of network devices (routers, switches, access points).
• Using Zabbix monitoring systems to track system performance.
• Configuration and support antivirus software.
• Active Directory management: creation, modification and deletion of user accounts.
