< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Your main duties will be:• Reception and processing of applications on the first line of support (Ticket system);
• Analysis of requests and escalation to the second line of support if necessary;
• Preparation and configuration of equipment: (workstations, store servers);
• Diagnostics and elimination of problems in the operation of equipment and software;
• Support and preparation of the technical part and software for opening stores;
• Consulting and technical support for users.

• Knowledge of the hardware and software part of server and network equipment;
• Practical experience with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11;
