We need you if:

• Know Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems at the administrator level. Able to deploy and configure servers based on these operating systems.
• Able to administer Microsoft Active Directory.
• Know what are Group Policies and are you able to use them.
• Worked with mail servers (Postfix / Kerio / Exchange).
• You confidently use ticket systems (Redmine, Jira, Kayako, GLPI or others)
• You understand protocols TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VPN (openvpn , pptp, l2tp, ipsec, vtun), NetBIOS, SMB / CIFS, RDP, SSH.
• You have experience in setting up active network equipment (switches, routersators, gateways), experience in organizing wireless networks.
• Able to use Zabbix, Squid, Nginx, Apache).
• You understand how important backup is and have the appropriate tools.
• You are indifferent to the basic principles of information security and know how to use them in practice.
• Don't be scared when you see PowerShell or Bash.

Would be an advantage if:

• Have experience with IP telephony, understand what SIP is and know how to configure IPPBX (FreePBX/Asterisk).
• Worked with virtualization systems (Proxmox / ESXi).
• Has basic database server administration skills (MySQL / MSSQL / Firebird / PostgreSQL).

• We plan to entrust you with the following tasks:

  • Deployment, configuration and support of servers running Windows/Unix.
  • Maintenance of Windows-based workstations.
  • Organization of workplaces, maintenance of efficiency of office equipment.
  • Current maintenance of Wi-Fi, switches, routers.
  • Technical support of remote control software (Danube-PRO, Phoenix, Bridge) - we will tell and show, nothing complicated.
  • Technical support for company users.
