Responsibilities:

• Configuration, administration of telephony servers based on Cisco CUCM, Panasonic TDE/NS/NSX;
• Installation, configuration of VoIP/GSM gateways, IP -telephones;
• Monitoring and ensuring the operation of communication systems;
• Elimination and analysis of incidents related to communication system equipment malfunctions; Development and implementation of instructions, standards, technical conditions for the operation of communication means.
• Keeping records of expenses for communication services.

Requirements:

Industry knowledge :

Cisco CUCM, VMWare virtualization systems.
