System administrator in SMART Consulting

Due to expansion, we are looking for system administrator to join our team in the city of Uzhhorod!

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure of the call center;
• Administration of servers, workstations and network devices
• Monitoring of systems on subject to crashes and performance issues;
• Installing, configuring and updating software;
• Ensuring cyber security and data backup;
• Resolving user technical issues in real time ;
• Documentation of IT procedures and preparation of reports on system operation.

 Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position of 6 months or more ;
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems at the administrator level;
• Experience with network protocols and equipment (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches); 
• Ability to work with virtualization systems (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with MikroTik;
• Knowledge and experience in configuring IP telephony;
• The ability to quickly respond to freelance situations.
