Requirements:

• Education: technical
• Ability to configure PC, restore its functionality
• Skills in administration / configuration of LOM and Windows operating systems experience in PC diagnostics
• Experience in working with peripheral devices
• Experience in working with network equipment (Mikrotik)
• Initial level of working with Windows server services

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the operational efficiency of the fleet of computer equipment of client organizations, in particular. software, network maintenance, technical user support
• Administration of PCs, servers (Windows), network equipment
• Installation and configuration of special software
• Call routing to providers , software developers
• Diagnosis of malfunctions
• Possible departures
