Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11
- Good knowledge of office software
- Understanding the operation of TCP / IP networks
- Understanding of wired and wireless organization principles networks
- Knowledge of PC hardware
- Spoken and written literacy
- English language at the level of reading technical documentation and watching training videos
- Developed ability to empathy
Will be an additional advantage:
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of access control and management systems and video surveillance
