System Administration Department Engineer in ERC

The ERC company invites an engineer of the system administration department to work.

ERC is a professional distributor in Ukraine since 1995 with its own channel development and support methods, pre- and after-sales service.

ERC relentlessly continues the development of distribution, starting with electronics, computer and office equipment. Now electronics and computer equipment have been added to electronics, household appliances, TVs, modern trendy electronics products and products from the latest segments of electric transport, robotics, 3D printers, children's toys.

We are looking for a professional who wants to join our team.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11
• Good knowledge of office software
• Understanding of TCP / IP networks
• Understanding of organizational principles wired and wireless networks
• Knowledge of PC hardware
• Spoken and written literacy
• English at the level of reading technical documentation and watching training videos
• Developed ability to empathize

Will be an additional advantage:

• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of control and management systems access and video surveillance

Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and support of employees' workplaces
• Technical support and consulting of employees
• Maintenance of peripheral equipment
• Writing and keeping instructions and documentation up to date
