Сustomer Support Representative, fluent English in OA Solutions

We are looking for a remote customer support representative for a small family-owned and operated beauty salon in Chicago, USA.

Fluency in English is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and posting content on social media accounts, responding to comments and questions from customers.
• Responding to emails, messages, and requests from customers. 
• Performing administrative tasks such as compiling a table of employee salaries twice a month.
• Other administrative tasks related to your position.

Required skills:

• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs 

Working conditions:

• You will be working remotely, from your own home. 
• The schedule will be agreed upon, but it is preferred that you work in the afternoon (Kiev time), before 0:00 (5 PM Chicago time).
• This is a long-term position with monthly payments in USD. The final salary will be discussed during the interview.
