Сustomer support manager(with training) in ClicheChain

Our company is focused on the implementation of high-quality fin-tech products, their further technical support and improvement.
We are looking for a candidate for the position of a Сustomer support manager in English. 

Requirements:

English language proficiency level — B1 and above;
In-depth knowledge of office applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills;
Ability to visualize large amounts of information (graphs, diagrams) with an end-user orientation;
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality and accuracy with the ability to see the big picture.


Responsibilities:

Providing support and responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Resolving customer issues and conflicts by providing information and finding solutions.
Registering and processing customer inquiries in the accounting or CRM system.
Educating customers on the use of the company's products or services.
Collecting and analyzing information to identify trends or recurring problems and provide recommendations for service improvement.
