Establishing a culture of high environmental standards. Supporting policy implementation through management systems. Responsible supply chain management. Involvement of management and employees in achieving environmental goals. Educational initiatives: organization of educational programs and trainings to increase awareness and competencies of employees in the field of sustainable development. Formation of road maps: creation of action plans that determine the steps necessary to achieve goals.
