Main tasks:

• Social and environmental support of construction and reconstruction projects in accordance with the social standards of international investors.

• Development and implementation of measures to reduce the burden on the social environment from the company’s activities.

• Development and implementation of mechanisms for interaction with stakeholders in the field of sustainable development.

• Development and updating of guiding documents in the field of sustainable development and ESG.

• Development and implementation of corporate initiatives for sustainable development.

• Integration of ENTSO-E social practices into the company’s activities.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (management, technical, social or humanitarian).

• Additional education in the field of sustainable development and ESG (possibility of specialized certificates for the last 3 years).

• Experience in the field of sustainable development — at least 3 years.

• Experience in the implementation of sustainable development projects — at least 2 years.

• Experience of social management in reducing the impact during the implementation of reconstruction or construction projects - at least 2 years.

• Experience in developing Social and Environmental Management Plans (ESMP) for reconstruction or construction projects.

language — Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher.

• A confident user of Microsoft Office, experience with ASKOD.

• Key competencies: professional expertise in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development, leadership, ability to work with key stakeholders, result orientation, initiative, ability to manage changes, proactive position.
