Support Team Lead in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Now we are looking forSupport Team Lead to one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates healthy habits and improves mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains.

We launched business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success — we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively growing, expanding the team from 3 to 46 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented people to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we challenge conventional wisdom. about linear career paths, encouraging each new team member to drive their own initiatives outside their field.

In the role of Support Team Lead, you are expected to:
— Management of the support team, the team already has 20+ agents;
— Work with team indicators;
— Analysis of key metrics and reporting;
— Work on product improvement (escalation of problems to relevant departments).

What is important to us:
— Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written;
— Experience working in a managerial position;
— Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes;
— Strong communication skills: ability to work with a team;
— Interest in topics of emotional and behavioral well-being;
— Readiness for long-term cooperation.
