Support Specialist (with training) in Kostyuk V. P., FOP

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to users by phone, e-mail and in chats

• Resolving technical problems and requests

• Support and help with software configuration support

• Detection and diagnosis of errors in systems

• Update and management of technical documentation

• Interaction with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• No experience - we will teach everything necessary

• Basic knowledge of computer technologies and programs

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems

• Attention to details, responsibility, communication

• Willingness to help people and work in a team
