Support Specialist (Slovakia, Bratislava) in PrimeHost

At the moment, we are interested and looking for a Support Specialist in Slovakia or with the possibility of relocation to this country. We offer quality tasks, measured and calm work, the opportunity to implement technical solutions.

What awaits you:
- support of virtual hosting customers on technical issues via e-mail, ticket system and online chat;
- resolving customer requests quickly and efficiently, creating a positive experience for each user;
- handling Abuse requests.

Our expectations:
- competent oral and written Ukrainian and English languages;
- English not lower than B1 level- B2 for daily communication;
- desire to work with clients and help them solve technical issues;
- interest in development in the field of IT and desire to learn new things.

!Would be an advantage:
- technical education or completed IT course;
- basic knowledge of the Internet and hosting services;
- understanding of such protocols such as POP/IMAP, FTP, HTTP;
- understanding of DNS, MySQL;
- basic knowledge of HTML, PHP or experience in creating sites;
- understanding of the domain life cycle.
