Support Specialist (reviews/social media) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT companies according to the rules of the world of venture investments. Together with our co-founders, we are gathering strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets. We are currently looking for a responsible and creative moderator to interact with users in one of our portfolio businesses. What tasks await you:— Respond to feedback left by users focusing on scripts;— Cooperate with the support team to solve individual cases;— Respond to user comments and messages in profiles of various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Medium, Tik Tok);— Use various sales techniques (upsells) to attract users to the platform and increase their performance;— Practice crowd marketing (proactively search for relevant pages and discussions on the network, engage in conversations and build interaction with the target audience);— Monitor metrics and create reports. Candidate requirements:— Fluency in written English at the Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level;— Strong skills of lively, polite, meaningful and creative communication;— Experience using systems such as Zendesk;— Experience in working with social networks or copywriting will be a plus. Working conditions:— Schedule 5/2; remote format; fixed time shifts; — Team work with the possibility of functional growth; — Fixed salary.
