Support Specialist (L2) in VCHASNO GROUP

Vchasno.Kasa is a software registrar of settlement operations (PRO). Allows you to quickly and conveniently issue fiscal checks. In online or offline mode. 

Timely. Cash register allows entrepreneurs to optimize accounting of trade transactions and provide more convenient service to customers. On time. Kasa is already used by such companies as Rozetka, Avon, Bodo, Caparol and others.

What is important for this role:

• experience in the field of technical customer support (phone support and via chats);
• willingness to understand the customer's problem/question and help solve it quickly and qualitatively;
• experience working with PRRO or PRO (will be an advantage);
• competent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
• knowledge of Postman, work with logs.

Tasks:

• processing of customer requests regarding the operation of the Vchasno.Kasa service in telephone mode and through email and chats (requests are sent from the first line of support and from related projects);
• management of the life cycle of each application from the moment it is submitted to its closure;
• customer consultation, solving technical problems in working with the service;
• interaction with other departments that can help solve the client's problem;
• connection via TeamViewer and AnyDesk to the client as needed;
• help and advice to clients on certain types of terminals and printers - how to add a device to the Device Manager.
