Support Specialist (Facebook Ads) in Automated UX

What we offer

• Full time, fully remote position
• $4/hr rate, gradually increased to $6/hr within 12 months

Required skills

• Advanced English
• Facebook Ads / Business Manager experience

Would be a plus, but not required

• Customer Support experience
• Help Desk experience (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar)

What you will do

• Assist customers about our platform and services via chat and email
• Help clients create and top up ad accounts, move balance, and issue refunds on our platform
• Help with Facebook Business Manager related questions
