Support Specialist in Softgile

Softgile is a dynamic IT company that implements innovative projects in the field of development and implementation of software solutions in the markets of five countries. We value the contribution of each team member and are looking for a back office specialist to join our team who will ensure the smooth operation of internal processes and maintain our operational activities at a high level.

Main duties:

• Processing of orders and applications: Registration of new deals and timely entry of data into the system.
• Support of sales managers: Providing administrative support to managers, preparing reports and information for clients.
• Communication with foreign partners and clients: Conducting business correspondence and telephone conversations in English.
• Reporting: Preparing and sending regular reports, working with large amounts of data in Excel.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language: The level is not lower than Upper Intermediate (B2) for business correspondence and communication with international partners.
• High skills in Excel: Ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, macros and data analysis.
• Work experience in a similar position: Experience in a Service desk position will be an advantage.
