We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Support Specialist to help maintain a high communication standard with the users.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions;
• Excellent organizational skills and a sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different situations;
• Desire to grow in the support field;
• At least Pre-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to user reviews using templates on Google Play, App Store, and Huawei AppGallery;
• Following guidelines to provide accurate and timely responses;
• Maintaining the company’s positive image through clear and professional communication with users.

• Experience in the customer support field;
• Interest in the gaming industry and understanding of its dynamics.
