join SkyUp Airlines as 1 Line Support Specialist. Including distant.

moderation and support of users' applications in the Servicedesk system.

Installation and adjustment of applied software.

Setting up Windows 10/11, iOS, mobile devices. Management of Basic objects AD.

Diagnosis and elimination of software and hardware.

Primary diagnostics and repair of IT equipment, replacement of supplies for copying printing equipment.

Consultation of users for the use of personal devices, as well as installed on system and office software devices.

Participation in the Development of Technical Documentation.

The professional skills required for this position:

from 1 year of work experience (1 line Support). Technology.

availability of technical qualification/setup and administering workplaces on the Microsoft platform (Windows Pro 10/11).

English - Intermediate Level.
