• You speak competently and make almost no mistakes when exchanging text messages. 

You already have a higher education or are studying. Great if your specialty is technical!

• You have experience working in a technical support service, ServiceDesk or contact center.

What do we offer?

• We we will teach you in one month. Of course, we will pay for the training period if it is successful.
• You will be able to work on a flexible schedule - we will agree on the hours that are most convenient and productive for you. 
• The total number of working hours is 180 per month. These are 18 working shifts, of which:
  • Night - 5 shifts
  • Day - 13 shifts (12-hour - 5 shifts, 9-hour - 4 shifts and 7-hour - 4 shifts ).
  and stable payment.
• We work remotely, so you can organize your workplace where it is convenient for you. All you need for work is a computer or laptop, a headset with a microphone and the Internet.
