- Experience as a Customer Support Manager / Agent in B2C from 6 months
- English level - B1 (Intermediate) or above
- Experience communicating with clients via email and social media
- Strong communication and basic negotiation skills;
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Experience using AI tools to increase speed and efficiency;
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk systems
- Experience with payment systems (Stripe, PayPal)
- Experience processing refunds / chargebacks
- Experience with App Store / Google Play / TrustPilot
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Process messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor and respond to feedback on Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play
- Process refund requests, cancellation of subscriptions
- Escalate and escalate issues to QA and Development teams to improve product quality;
- Maintain a positive customer experience
