Requirements:

• Residence in Kyiv.
• Experience as a chat operator, contact center will be an advantage.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience in conducting business communication, correspondence.

• Proficient PC skills.
• Experience with Binotel, Novatalks, Telegram.
• Resistance to stress, multitasking, responsibility, attention to detail, focus on results.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Helps clients in transactions.
• Consulting clients in chat, mail and phone mode (sometimes)on financial issues, use of the service, terms of exchange.
• Processing applications from customers.
• Entering information in the process of communicating with customers in CRM.
• Identifying needs, working with objections when communicating with customers.

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:30 to 18:30 (sometimes working Saturday is possible, for an additional fee).

• Salary the fee for the trial period is UAH 18,000, after the trial period the rate is UAH 18,000 + bonuses.
