Main duties:

• Collection and management of information from Users:
  Track and analyze user feedback, requests and issues. Evaluate the importance of collected data to improve the product.
• Data analytics:
   Preparation of reports based on the information obtained. Identifying key needs and trends to improve the company's products.
• Interaction coordination:
   Ensuring effective communication between users and internal teams. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through quick resolution of their requests.
• Monitoring and forecasting:
  Track changes in user needs and form forecasts to improve user experience based on data analysis.

Requirements:

• Education:
   Education in the field of IT, analytics or management experience is desirable.
• Skills:
   Strong analytical skills, attention to detail. Ability to work with large amounts of information. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High level of computer and software skills.
• Personal qualities:
   Responsibility, organization, ability to quickly adapt to changes, self-discipline and ability to work under stress.
