Support service operator/ chat operator (customer support) in Kotovich K.S., FOP

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at Intermediate Strong level (B1+ ) and higher;
• Skills to memorize and process large amounts of information;
• Availability of basic knowledge in mathematics;
• Excellent communication skills skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Willingness to work in night shifts;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Attention, persistence, search orientation decisions.

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency in a second foreign language, namely German; 
• High printing speed.

Main duties:

• Interaction with by clients through various channels (e-mail, chat, messengers) to solve questions and solve problems;
• Provision of professional advice and information support regarding products and services;
• Accounting of bonuses at the request of clients;
• Efficient processing of requests and complaints, promoting a positive experience of customer interaction with the product;
• Participation in improving customer service processes and providing recommendations to optimize the work of the support department.

• Shift work schedule (types of shifts: 08:00 - 16:00; 16:00 - 00:00; 00:00 - 08:00);
