We maintain contact through online chat: people contact us with various questions - from ordering security to clarifying whether the alarm has worked.
We are looking for a person who will answer these requests quickly, competently and without unnecessary templates.

Your duties:

• Write to customers in the chat — explain, clarify, redirect when need

• Be attentive to every request

• Work with information: know what services we provide, where the facilities are, how the systems work
