Support service manager in Work & Travel Germany

When selecting candidates for the position of Support manager, we pay attention to:

• Knowledge of the English language at the level of B1 would be an advantage (however notrequired);
• Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
• Competent and quick construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence
• Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) are desirable;

Your daily tasks will be:

• User support in written and telephone mode;
• Identification of the motive of the client's appeal;
• Analysis of problems that arise for the user and search for solutions;
• Communication with by other divisions of the company and reporting for relevant departments;
