We are currently looking for an experienced student and volunteer support professional who is fluent in English, attention to detail and able to solve problems effectively. Some of the inquiries we receive are for simple technical questions or basic information about the program. However, many of them involve complex, open-ended situations in the interaction between students and volunteers. Therefore, it is important that you are ready to find solutions to difficult interpersonal issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality support to students and volunteers via email and chat.
  • Updating member information on our own online platform.
  • Prioritizing support requests and escalating issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Providing members step-by-step instructions for solving problems in written form.
  • Assistance in testing and solving technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level of English, B2 and above.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ year experience in customer support.
  • Strong skills solution problems.
  • Effective work in stressful situations and good time management skills.
