Support Representative in Real Trucking

Real Trucking Inc. was established in 2007 in Chicago, IL, prior to the Great Recession. We learned how to not only stay in business but to flourish during tough economic times. For now, we’re hiring people to join our Real Support Team

What Will You Do:

• Answer and make phone calls to truck drivers (assistance with reappointments, different type of payments, logbooks issues, breakdowns);
• Dispatching drivers (texting information to drivers, giving directions as needed, providing informational support, etc.);
• Answer and reply to the emails from the Brokers/Customers and assist them with the questions regarding status updates;
• Maintaining the company database;
• Weekend dispatch (booking Loads for the drivers)
• Enter the data into the system.

Skills:

• Good written and spoken English (Upper-intermediate at least) is a MUST / Russian (Upper-intermediate) / Ukrainian (Upper-intermediate);
• Good communication skills;
• Strong computer skills;
• Experience in prioritizing work activities;
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Fast typing skills;
• To be able to work shifts: day shifts (8 am — 8 pm), night shifts (8 pm — 8 am).;
