Role and main tasks:

We are looking for a Help Desk Operator to handle online orders. The work is carried out remotely, so you can do it from home.

Tasks:

• Processing orders received through the site and various messengers (Viber, Instagram).
• Interaction with employees who complete orders, and monitoring the stages of their fulfillment.
• Clarification of possible product replacements, delivery details, and payment options.
