How you will affect the service

  • Handle calls from drivers and customers
  • Transfer incidents and user requests to L2 specialists
  • Issue tickets for L2 in the ticket system
  • Interact with all support staff, regions, administrators and operators
  • Implement fines from drivers
  • Block accounts and withdrawals
  • Transfer user requests to the appropriate regional manager
  • Administer orders in the OnTaxi system
  • Monitor orders with one point around the city: calls to users and cost correction
