We are looking for a L1 support operator who will strengthen our team!

We are the All-Ukrainian OnTaxi taxi ordering service.
Every day, every day corner of the country, our team ensures the safety, quality and care of every trip with OnTaxi for hundreds of thousands of people.
We have already achieved significant results, bringing our product to the TOP-3 Ukrainian ride-hailing services. We have many new ideas and ambitions. That is why we are expanding our team.
How you will affect the service
- Handle calls from drivers and customers
- Transfer incidents and user requests to L2 specialists
- Issue tickets for L2 in the ticket system
- Interact with all support staff, regions, administrators and operators
- Implement fines from drivers
- Block accounts and withdrawals
- Transfer user requests to the appropriate regional manager
- Administer orders in the OnTaxi system
- Monitor orders with one point around the city: calls to users and cost correction
Skills that are important to us
- More than 1 year in the field of working with clients
- Knowledge of the basics of the Zoho ticketing system and order administration
- Ability to quickly determine the essence of the problem
- Skills of communication with users
- Orientation to solve problems
- Ability to effectively handle calls during peak hours
- Ability to quickly navigate data that changes regularly
- Ability to express your thoughts competently
