Requirements:
- High literacy German oral and written language;
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn;
- Communication;
- Perseverance;
- High level of self-organization;
- Experience in related fields will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
< li style="font-weight: 400">Interaction with users:- providing qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial part of products mainly in telephone mode;
- familiarizing users with the company's products, their characteristics, current promotions and offers;
- Interaction with other departments of the company:
- passing requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users , receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users;
- informing about detected problems or errors on supported resources.
