We are looking for a Customer Support operations consultant to work in our Kyiv office in the Customer Care department. You will work alongside our Customer Care management and project managers to review, analyze, update and create procedures and processes, support Customer Care organization during internal and external audits, participate in Customer Care project as a subject expert. Key responsibilities Creating and updating support documentation Providing support and administering users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Elevio, Five9 and other tools.
