We are currently looking for a specialist responsible for setting up, managing and interpreting customer experience data in the Zendesk platform and analyzing the results of the customer department. A kind of hybrid between an analyst, an operator and a person who understands support from the inside.

Working hours: from Monday to Friday from 10 to 19 or from 9 to 18 (nice office with constant electricity supply);
The possibility to work 4 days a month remotely after the trial period;

Main Responsibilitiesand:
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports;
Creation of dashboards in Zendesk;
We are for you if you:
Have 1-3 years of experience working with analytics or reporting;
Freely work in Google Sheets (including complex formulas);
You understand customer support metrics;
You know how to explain conclusions clearly and structured;

You are confident in spoken and written English (from B2);
