We are currently looking for a support manager to join our Support 360 team
We process requests for services, promotions and offers, help in difficult situations, we accept complaints and requests, organize additional services.
What you will do:
- advise Visa cardholders on services and offers;
- accept requests for technical issues, discounts, bonuses, complaints;
- organize additional services (for example, ordering psychological support);
- communicate with clients through chats, calls and emails;
- work in the CRM system, recording information on inquiries and decisions.
This role is just for you if:
- have experience in customer service;
- have English not lower than A2;
- communicative, responsible, empathetic and open to new challenges
- can work in a team and quickly adapt to changes;
- can work autonomous during blackouts: you have a stable Internet (optical fiber or alternative connection) and a backup power source - a charging station / generator or something;
- you have your own laptop or computer for work (Windows 10 or higher or macOS).
We offer:
- flexible schedule 2/2 - day shifts (8:00-20:00) + 4-6 night shifts per month (20:00 - 8:00).
- salary 16,000 - 19,000 UAH/month for 15 shifts (hourly pay); the first month of internship - UAH 14,000;
