Responsibilities:
Writing articles describing the product, publishing articles, technical translations, maintaining internal project documentation;
System backend graphics control (Grafana);
Resolve all types of technical support issues received via chat or phone;
Working schedule for this role: 12-hour working day (of which 1.5 hours for rest and lunch break), including night shifts (without exceeding the number of working hours according to law):
Three day shifts - 7:00 - 19:00
Three days off
Three night shifts - 19:00 - 07:00
