Support Manager/ Technical Writer in Phonexa

Needed skills:

• High level of English language Upper-Intermediate, excellent grammar and writing skills;

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience as a technical writer (preferred);

• Experience in tech . support (preferred);

• Customer service skills and willingness to help others;

• Attention to details.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Intercom.

Responsibilities:

• Writing articles describing the product, publishing articles, technical translations, maintaining internal project documentation;

• System backend graphics control (Grafana);

• Resolve all types of technical support issues received via chat or phone;

• Working schedule for this role: 12-hour working day (of which 1.5 hours for rest and lunch break), including night shifts (without exceeding the number of working hours according to law):

• Three day shifts - 7:00 - 19:00

• Three days off

• Three night shifts - 19:00 - 07:00

• Three days off.
