Job description:
As a Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by offering proactive support, solving problems and building strong relationships through regular telephone interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments ( sales, technical, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate issues when necessary.
Knowledge of Arabic and Polish will be an additional advantage.
Required qualifications:
Experience in sales or support will be an advantage.
