Support manager (Local) in Bilous T.V., FOP

We are looking for a communicative and responsible specialist who will help us provide a high level of service to our clients in Kyiv .

There is no remote work format!

Responsibilities:

• Customer consulting: Provision of detailed information about the functionality of the platform, assistance in solving technical issues, placing orders and concluding agreements
• Conflict resolution: Quick and efficient resolution of problems arising between freelancers and by customers.
• Maintenance of documentation: Forming reports on interaction with customers, maintaining a database.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the English language: B1+
• Excellent communication skills: The ability to present information clearly and comprehensibly, to find a common language with different people, to resolve conflict situations.
• Attention, responsibility, stress resistance.
