Support Manager (Junior/Junior+) in Partida

Skills required: <<-minimal experience in management or customer support (ready take a student with interest in crypto/blockchain direction);
- English intermediate+;
- Understanding B2c and ability to meet customer needs;

- negotiation skills and conflict resolution;
- excellent communicative Abilities. Br/>-track KPI indicators to assess the efficiency of communication;
-collect and transmit fidbes from customers to improve company services;
-solve client technical issues.

Schedule: 5 days a week, without night changes, 8-hour working day but floating.
