In connection with the development of e-commerce, we invite you to team of Support manager (e-com administrator).

Responsibilities

• processing requests from customers of the online store (status of orders, formation of new orders, delivery conditions)
• control of receipt of shipments by customers
• work with returns and their implementation
• communication with suppliers and contractors
• interaction with internal departments (IT, logistics)
• technical work in 1C
