Support manager at an online English school in Study Less

Company Study Less is a prominent leader in the field of online English language learning for Ukrainians. Our mission is that every second Ukrainian can speak English fluently, opening up new opportunities in education, career and international communication.

At the center of our work is client experience. We believe that student service and support are just as important as teaching methods. That is why we are currently expanding the team and looking for a Student Learning Progress Manager - a person who will accompany the client at every stage of the educational journey and help achieve the desired results. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Has sales skills
• You are confident using Zoom, Telegram and Google documents (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Disk).
• Quickly navigate technical issues, know how to type effortlessly.
• Have a responsible approach to tasks and are result-oriented.
• Able to create quality client experience and sincerely want to help.
• Have stable equipment for work (laptop/PC, headset, camera, up-to-date software).

Your responsibilities:

• Re-sales and upsells at the initiative of the student.
• Basic communication with clients in zoom meetings and calls. 
• Supporting students throughout the entire period of study - from the start to the achievement of goals.
• Resolving requests, providing relevant information, technical and organizational support.
• Regular feedback collection and monitoring of training satisfaction.
• Maintaining internal reporting, entering data into Google spreadsheets and CRM.
• Identifying objections, preventing conflict situations, promoting loyalty.

• Working hours:from 9:00 to 7:00 p.m., two weekends a week (flexible, can be on weekdays).
