🔘About the company:
We are a fast growing and progressive company. The GrainTrack product is a CTRM for managing the business processes of grain traders: counterparties, supply chain, logistics, payments and documents.
🔘Your tasks will be:
- Maintaining and building client relationships;
- Managing client subscriptions;
- Increasing client satisfaction;
- Cooperation within the team;
- Test new tasks, which were made on the order of the client;
- Provide monthly reports to the client by email;
- Working with Notion (updating tasks, customer cards, etc.)
🔘It is important for us:
- You have experience from one year in the position of Support Manager;
- You speak English at the B2+ level;
- You have experience working with ERP/CRM systems;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional knowledge of Notion programs , Excel, 1C or MeDoc
🔘Will be a plus:
- Risk management and communication skills.
