And now we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to make the service even better together

Who we are looking for:

Your experience:

• From 6 months in the field of work with clients;
• Experience in maintaining clients and working with upsells will be an advantage;
• Sufficient command of the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to work with CRM and other administrative systems.

Your approach:

• You are really interested in helping people;
• You are responsible, attentive, stress-resistant and quick oriented in information;
• You know how to communicate confidently, even in difficult situations.

What will be in your tasks:

• Processing requests in CRM (automatic and manual), outgoing calls;
• Coordinating customer requests with other departments;
• Quick and high-quality resolution of issues students;
• Solving non-standard situations, working to prevent the outflow of students;
• Using internal systems: CRM, quizbot, Slack, knowledge base, etc.;
• Constant monitoring of updates and innovations in processes.
