We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who is eager to grow, loves communication and is ready to build long-term relationships with customers.
Basic responsibilities:
Regular communication with customers from Germany and maintaining constant contact;
Prompt response to customer inquiries, questions and problems;
Building trusting and long-term relationships with customers;
Contract support throughout the period cooperation;
Preparation of contracts and control of their signing;
Control of contract validity periods.
Our expectations:
Knowledge German language from level B1 (conversational level);
High level of communication skills;
Diplomacy, the ability to negotiate and negotiate;
Responsibility, attention to detail and orientation to results.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 (Saturday and Sunday - weekend);
Stable salary: fixed rate + client management bonus;
Paid internship: 6 days of 2 hours each;
